• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as meet the requirements defined in agreements with the customer and exceed their expectations;
• Involve employees in the registration and appropriate treatment of non-conformities, complaints, and suggestions from customers, with a view to reducing occurrences and using them as a driver for continuous improvement;
• Aware of the challenges directly arising from the principles of its Food Security Policy, the Management of Adega Cooperativa do Redondo, C.R.L. undertakes to address those challenges by providing the equipment, facilities, and necessary training to all employees in order to guarantee the hygiene and quality of our product, as well as hygiene and safety conditions at work.
